TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
I have the right to refuse commission requests I don't feel comfortable working on.
I reserve the rights over the final artwork, it will be posted publicly or used in a portfolio unless stated otherwise.
IRL people, established fictional characters and OC commissions are accepted!
Provide as many references and details about the commission as you can especially if it's OCs. I like to learn as much about them as possible so its easier for me to work on your commission.
Characters are to be drawn in my art style ONLY.
Prices displayed are base prices only. Final price may vary depending on it's complexity and other fees.
You must pay upfront or half before I start working.
REVISIONS
Minor revisions are allowed with no additional charge.
Major revisions are only allowed at the sketch & lineart phase. First major revision is allowed with no additional charge & any revisions after the first will have a +20% fee. Maximum of three revisions ONLY.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
I kindly request your patience as I'm still currently a student who aims to provide quality outputs both academically and you as my client, though I will try to finish your commission as soon as I can.
Turnaround time for commissions ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months latest.
If you have a deadline for your commission, please inform me immediately.
Final artworks are sent through a GDrive link.
USE
Commissions are strictly for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
Artworks that will be for commercial use will have a +50% fee.
You can repost your commissioned piece publicly with credit.
You CAN use my art for:
Social media icons & banner, edits, videos, collages, character references, etc, with credit.
Print personal merchandise such as stickers, prints, charms, etc. (Please show them to me if you do, I'd love to see it!!)
You CAN'T use my art for:
Claiming it as your own artwork.
AI training and NFTS
Re-sell merchandise (unless stated otherwise)
REFUNDS
No refunds can be made once payment is made.

I prefer communication through Twitter DMs but if you have any preferred method of contact, let me know!
I will immediately notify you if there will be delays due to factors such as complexity, school and other personal matters.
You may contact me in your own accord at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission.
Please don't hesitate to ask for any updates if I haven't messaged you within 1-2 weeks!
